The Bolle Festsäle together with the Ameron Abion Hotel Spreebogen offer everything you need for congresses and conferences as well as meetings with 150 to 750 attendees. On a surface of over 3000m² of event space, the location offers flexible room concepts, including 2 large ballrooms as well as 13 conference rooms of different sizes. Congress with several break-out options, company events with seminars and workshops, conferences and related exhibitions or evening events – the former Bolle Dairy leaves nothing to be desired for your event.

Arrival & Parking

Travelling by public transport is recommended. The “Bellevue” suburban train station, the “Turmstraße” subway station as well as the “Turmstraße” and “Kleiner Tiergarten” bus stops are only a few minutes’ walk away from the location. If the guests arrive by car, the underground garages in Spree-Bogen and at the main station are recommended. Up to 50 parking spaces can be reserved in Spree-Bogen and it is also possible to arrange stopping bans in front of the front door so that buses can stop to drop off the passengers.

SIX VALUABLE TIPS ON HOW TO MAKE THE CONGRESS A FULL SUCCESS, FROM PLANNING THROUGH TO FOLLOW-UP

✓ Event date: Determine it as early as possible – enough time should be allowed for preparation of marketing actions and more precise programming. In addition, the date of the event must be set in such a way that majority of the invited guests can come. Determining the dates too late will result in guests not being able to come or the congress centre already being fully booked.

✓ Participants: In addition to the date, the number of participants should also be determined as early as possible in order to be able to book a congress centre of the appropriate size. Our chapel offers up to 750 seats in a standard row seating arrangement. Other rooms are perfectly suited for a reception and a get together. A separate part of the halls can be arranged for smaller events.

✓ VIPs: If special keynote speakers are to appear at the congress, they should be planned and booked well in advance. Often they are invited too late and can no longer attend the meeting. A plan B for cases of illness must also be included.

✓ Event location: The technical features and the size of the premises are only two of three important features. The location should be taken into particular account as the third key element. For as many participants as possible the journey to the congress centre should be short and uncomplicated.
